Your health has a history. Now you can see it.

Your lab reports tell part of the story. Your symptoms, medications and experiences add the context. NYVRA brings them together so you can understand your health journey over time.

One result is only one moment.

Health information lives in separate reports, prescriptions, symptom notes and memories of past appointments. Without the wider context, it is hard to see what has changed, or to remember the details that matter in the room.

  • A woman looks at her phone, unsure of a date
    Was it March or April?
  • A woman with a hand to her collarbone, rehearsing what to say
    Rehearsing your questions
  • A tired woman pressing a hand to her temple
    Juggling it all
  • A smiling woman holding a coffee cup
    Arriving prepared

Our approach

Your health does not happen in isolation.

Symptoms, reports, medications and experiences unfold over time. NYVRA is building a more connected way to understand them, starting with the information you already have.

The app

Your health information, brought together.

NYVRA is the app. Tell it what happened, add a record, and review everything before it is saved.

Metabolic health over time

A health journey is not a single moment.

Different women, different stories, one thread: it all unfolds over time.

  1. A woman with a hand at her throat, noticing something has changed
    01

    The first signs

It often starts with a feeling that something has changed. Noting symptoms as they happen keeps the details from fading.

  2. A woman reading her first lab report
    02

    The first report

A lab report is a snapshot of one day. Saved alongside what you were experiencing, it has context from the start.

  3. A woman holding a weekly pill organiser and a glass of water
    03

    Treatment and changes

Medications, doses and routines change. Keeping them next to your reports makes those changes easier to recall.

  4. A woman comparing two reports side by side
    04

    Follow-up results

New reports can sit beside earlier ones, so you can see what has changed between dates.

  5. A woman with a phone and notebook, ready for her next appointment
    05

    The bigger picture

Over time, your records form a continuous history to review and bring to conversations with your healthcare professional.

From scattered records to a clearer picture.

  1. 01

    Bring your records together

    Keep the context

See events in the order they happened.

  3. 03

    See what has changed

    Review information across different dates.

  4. 04

    Prepare for your next conversation

Bring a more organised picture of your journey to your healthcare professional.

Reports, symptoms and medication on one time axis.

Because long term health deserves context.

NYVRA is focused on making health information easier to organise and understand over time, with a focus on metabolic health, including thyroid, PCOS, insulin resistance, weight and energy.

Why NYVRA exists

Built from a personal experience of looking beyond the lab report.

NYVRA was inspired by the founder's experience of living with hypothyroidism, and the difficulty of making sense of symptoms, lab results and changes over time. It began with a simple question: what would it take to see the whole story, not just one result?

Your health information deserves care.

  • What it doesNYVRA brings reports, symptoms and medications into one timeline, and asks you to confirm before anything is saved.
