Terms of Use

1. Acceptance

By using NYVRA or SafeSpace you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.

2. What NYVRA is

NYVRA helps you organise longitudinal health information, such as reports, symptoms and medications, into one dated timeline and prepare for conversations with your healthcare professional. It does not provide diagnosis, treatment, prescriptions, fertility predictions, emergency monitoring or causal conclusions.

3. What SafeSpace is

SafeSpace (space.nyvra.life) is a private, invitation-only peer support community on WhatsApp for women in India navigating metabolic health. It is run as an initiative by Nyvra. Membership is by a short conversation with our team and is not guaranteed. Conversations in SafeSpace are lived experience and peer support. They are not medical advice.

4. Not medical advice

Nothing in NYVRA or SafeSpace replaces advice from a qualified clinician. Do not delay or ignore professional care because of something you read or saw here. In an emergency, contact local emergency services.

5. Your records

You own the health entries you save. Tell NYVRA drafts are yours to confirm, edit or discard, and nothing parsed from a note is saved silently. Review extracted lab values against the original. Keep copies of documents you need, because NYVRA is not the sole archive for medical records.

6. Your responsibilities

• Provide only information you are allowed to use.
• Keep your sign-in details secure.
• Do not misuse the services, attempt unauthorised access, disrupt them, or harass or impersonate others.
• In SafeSpace, be kind, respect privacy, and do not share other members' personal information or sell products to them.

7. Availability and changes

NYVRA is in beta. Features may change or be unavailable. Some features may require a paid subscription, bought through the Google Play Store or Apple App Store. The price and terms are shown before you buy, and the store's own terms and refund rules apply.

8. Intellectual property

The NYVRA name, logo, app and website content belong to Nyvra or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without permission. Your own records remain yours.

9. Ending use

You can stop using NYVRA or delete your account at any time. You can leave SafeSpace at any time. We may limit access for abuse, unlawful use or security risks, and may remove a member from SafeSpace to protect the community.

10. Liability

To the extent the law allows, Nyvra is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of NYVRA or SafeSpace, or from relying on information in them. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
